（中央社記者楊思瑞台南1日電）台南市將軍區馬沙溝社區3D彩繪活動，今年5月因一起封路糾紛暫停。民進黨立委陳亭妃居中協調後，今天邀集雲嘉南濱海國家風景區管理處及地方人士參加說明會，彩繪可望重啟。

陳亭妃與台南市議員侯澄財、雲嘉南濱海風景區管處人員下午在馬沙溝李聖宮廣場舉辦說明會，關心的里民擠爆廟埕。

陳亭妃指出，將軍區平沙村、長沙村合稱馬沙溝，為濱海小漁村，居民以養殖漁業、近海捕撈為主。為了凸顯地方特色，今年初替社區向雲嘉南管理處爭取經費，共同合作邀請彩繪大師曾進成施作社區牆面3D彩繪。但因施作期間發生封路糾紛導致工程暫停，原本美麗的期待也隨著延宕。

她說，基層漁民生活用3D彩繪呈現在周遭生活中，除了可以為地方增色，還可以引進觀光人潮，帶來經濟繁榮。經協調後，雲嘉南管理處處長徐振能也認同這項彩繪對地方的重要性，除了答應繼續協助彩繪計劃；完成彩繪後也將整合觀光與商機資源，讓社區一起沾光。

陳亭妃指出，後續的3D彩繪工程款除由雲嘉南管理處編列經費支應，不足款項將由李聖宮管理委員會主任委員王泰運掏腰包補足。整個工程將從李聖宮出發繞社區道路一大圈，沿途共有20幅彩繪；預計將以巨幅彩繪呈現「閱讀」的圖畫，並以馬沙溝為主題，讓彩繪大師曾進成盡情揮灑。1051101

為吸引包括台灣在內的全球旅客赴香港旅遊度假，以「亞洲國際都會」定位香港的香港旅遊局昨（3）日發表全新品牌概念「盡享?最香港 Best of all, It's in Hong Kong」，同時發表全新的4支主題宣傳影片，號召全球旅客跟著香港在地人腳步，享受並發掘最道地的香港體驗。

鑑於愈來愈多台灣客赴香港品味美食，香港旅遊局亦將傾力對台行銷推廣香港的美食主題之旅，並邀請全世界第一位得到米其林三星的中餐廳香港四季酒店中菜行政主廚陳恩德，在ITF台北國際旅展開幕站台推廣香港美食，這是陳恩德首次來台。

台灣是香港旅遊的第二大客源市場，截至今（2016）年9月，台灣訪港旅客約有150萬，其中過夜人次約66萬、成長7.7％。香港旅遊發展局台灣處長徐維妮表示，台灣是「盡享?最香港」品牌海外宣傳的第一站，除購物及美食，香港旅遊發展局未來會更深化宣傳香港多元化的旅遊方式，鼓勵旅客深度探索香港。

香港旅遊局對台推廣製作的影片主題包括時尚、美食、親子遊以及大自然景色與文化，包括陳奕迅、劉青雲、王德敏等香港知名藝人都會在影片中出現，推薦香港的觀光旅遊資源。台北國際旅展香港館並有多家旅遊業者推出「香港四季酒店3天2夜遊」套裝行程，每人只要18,999元起。

今年香港旅遊發展局首次舉行「香港盛宴11月」，整個11月香港有許多精采的美食活動輪番登場，其中包括為期10天的「臻味品鑑週」，11月18到19日在中環海濱活動空間舉辦的「Beert推薦opia大型國際手工啤酒節，以及11月19到20日展開的「蘭桂坊嘉年華」。
